Overview
The Business Development Partner leads Crestwood Care’s growth activity in London. You will build strategic relationships, identify new service opportunities, support bids and proposals, and help roll out new non-regulated supported living and community support services across key boroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new service opportunities across London (local authorities, housing providers, supported living organisations, community partners and private clients).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with commissioners, social workers, housing officers and other stakeholders.
- Support tendering, bids and service proposals, including pricing and viability checks.
- Work with directors and managers to design and launch new services and support geographical expansion.
- Maintain clear records of leads, meetings, opportunities and outcomes; provide regular reports to leadership.
Person Specification
- Experience in business development, commissioning or service expansion in health or social care.
- Strong networking, communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of local authority structures, referral pathways and adult support services.
- Commercial awareness with an eye for sustainability and impact.
- Ability to travel across London for meetings and visits.
